By using Bluintonch, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

• Definitions: "Platform" refers to Bluintonch. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing and using the Platform. "Customer" refers to any entity that has a valid subscription or agreement to access and use the Platform.
• Use of Platform:
  1. Access: You are responsible for obtaining the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform, with or without notice.
  2. User Accounts: Users may be required to create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Privacy:
  1. Data Privacy: We collect, store, and use personal and non-personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Subscription and Fees:
  1. Subscription: Customers will pay the fees associated with their chosen subscription plan, as specified in the agreement between the Customer and Bluintouch.
  2. Billing: Payment terms and billing frequency will be specified in the agreement between the Customer and Bluintouch.
• Intellectual Property:
  1. Ownership: Bluintouch retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights.
  2. License: Bluintouch grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
• Acceptable Use:
  1. Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious content.
  2. Content: Users are responsible for the content they upload or share through the Platform and must not infringe on the rights of others.
• Termination: Bluintouch may terminate or suspend access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
• Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
  1. No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Bluintouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria .
• Changes to Terms: Bluintouch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform.
